Basically every Gyaru uses it.
Yes. It's in Japanese.
It's like Blogger but for the Japanese.
But it seems to be more organized and categorized.
Any who.
I decided to make one.
I'm still working on it and playing around with its features so as of right now, it looks extremely basic and generic but that will change.
